Top100cu.com ranks credit unions on performance using the 5300 call report data made public at [ NCUA.gov ]
There are 22 different categories that the NCUA collects in their 5300 call report data. For example how do your members access your electronic services? Home banking, Audio response, Wireless Access and many more.
We took the 22 categories, by each credit union, and then ranked them. We totaled the number of E-services offered by each credit union, then sorted them in descending order.
